Chouni is a very small settlement in Argolida, which belongs to the Municipality of Argos-Mycenae, and is located west of Argos, and at a distance of about 15 minutes from it. 

Chouni, is the first village to the mountains of Argolida that one encounters going up to the village of Karia. 

Built on a ravine, in Chouni the cultivation of fruit trees is favored. The approximately 250 inhabitants of the village are engaged in oranges, apricots and olives, as the settlement is traditionally rural. 

In Chouni the visitor meets the church of the Transfiguration of the Savior, while from the main road is also visible Agia Rousali Vroustiou, and the church of the Ascension, chapels that are built literally inside the rocks. 

Near the village of Chouni are two small settlements, Bozionelaika and Spanaika.
