A 100-year-old two-storey stone house to be restored located in the traditional mountainous settlement of Chouni. It is located 11 kms (7 mi) away from the picturesque village of Karia, 13 kms (8 mi) from the city of Argos, 22 kms (14 mi) from the E65 Highway and 173 kms (107 mi) from the Athens International Airport. In a short distance you can find the archeological site of Mycenae, the archeological site and the vineyards of Nemea and the coastal city of Nafplio. The settlement is built in a virgin natural environment, it offers privacy along with access to the main road and its water springs from the Mount Artemision. There is also access in electricity and Internet.
The house consists of two levels. The ground floor can be configured into to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, whilst the 1st floor can be configured as a large studio consisting of a living room and a kitchen. There is also the capability of building 260.00 m2 (2,798.62 ft2) more. On the exterior there is a traditional wood oven made of stone, a well, a traditional threshing floor and 20 olive trees.
