A 100-year-old two-storey stone house to be restored located in the traditional mountainous village of Karia. It is located 23 kms (14 mi) away from the city of Argos, 17 kms (11 mi) from the E65 Highway and 168 kms (104 mi) from the Athens International Airport. In a short distance you can find the archeological site of Mycenae, the archeological site and the vineyards of Nemea and the coastal city of Nafplio. The village is built in a virgin natural environment and its water springs from the Mount Artemision. There is also access in electricity and Internet.
The house consists of two levels. The ground floor can be configured to have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, whilst the 1st floor can be configured as a large studio consisting of a living room and a kitchen. There is also the capability of adding 10.00 m2 (108 ft2) more. On the exterior there is a large yard which includes a traditional wood oven made of stone and a well.
